As I show, O'Reilly dishonestly claimed he said "there should be no lynching in the case" when he actually said that, if he had enough evidence of Michelle Obama's lack of patriotism, he would "want to go on a lynching party against Michelle Obama." Also, his reference to Clarence Thomas was inappropriate for the several reasons I give in my video.

A lynching is "putting a person to death by mob action without due process of law" which he obviously didn't mean literally. Just because some black people were lynched once upon a time in the past doesn't mean that using the term in a specific context is automatically racist. Lynchings happened in Medieval times as well.

There's no issue here. The term "lynch mob" has become part of the vernacular and refers simply to an organized group of people seeking to unfairly persecute a person. That's seen clearly in Thomas' need to clarify it later on with "hang them from a tree." As much as I hate O'Reilley, this is a waste of time. O'Reilly's intent was clearly racially neutral. This video is a waste. It should be clear to any intelligent person that when O'Reilly says he wouldn't participate in a"lynching" of Mrs. Obama it means he wouldn't participate in ATTACKING her patriotism unless the evidence suggests otherwise. To think he actually meant a real lynching is just plain stupid. Nevertheless, the use of it here doesn't call for a youtube video of this sort. It's propagandizing to read into it use as much as the original poster has done. I'm not trying to show any partiality one way or the other for O'Reilly, I simply think that persons of reasonable sensibility should not get up in arms over.

A lynching is "putting a person to death by mob action without due process of law" which he obviously didn't mean literally. Just because some black people were lynched once upon a time in the past doesn't mean that using the term in a specific context is automatically racist. Lynchings happened in Medieval times as well.

The Blockade is what does the most long term damage to Palestinian civilians. Making sure weapons don't end up in the wrong hands is impossible to do without a blockade. While at the same time it strips the Palestinians of all their dignity making them more likely to hate Israel. Their is no such thing as an easy peace.

There's no issue here. The term "lynch mob" has become part of the vernacular and refers simply to an organized group of people seeking to unfairly persecute a person. That's seen clearly in Thomas' need to clarify it later on with "hang them from a tree." As much as I hate O'Reilley, this is a waste of time. O'Reilly's intent was clearly racially neutral. He's still an asshole, but this doesn't prove him to be a racist asshole.

It's interesting that "lynching" is in the news lately, from this Bill RIley statement, to nooses being hung @ college campuses, to President Obama being hung in effigy. Why has this antiquated term reappeared in modern society? Why is racism still such an issue/topic for America even w/a black president? WHAT IS GOING ON?! This: the Creator is dismantling white supremacy, as He keeps it a focus in society. America is Mystery Babylon and the lynchings, race riots, etc. are being reconciled.
