  • I'm a martial artist as well and i've been using my age as an excuse to being stiff and I see you doing splits...I can no longer complain b/c you just gave me hope..Thanks!

  • These are excellent exercises just do it without oscillations, because it is easiest way to hurt yourself - just do exercise and hold about half a minute or so and if you feel pain in any moment it's time to stop and take a break...
