Shotts and Dykehead Pipe Band Europeans 2009

what i dont get is , the pipe band is origanally from shotts , and i never hear of the band ? i stay in dykehead and ive never seen them ?

i totally agree wi okatoman & gords6823 shotts aint wt they used to be. they do still deserve to be grade 1 yes but their playing just doesn't seem as good at the moment as it has been in recent years

biglee27 I don't dispute the fact that they should be in Grade 1 and yes they were 1 of the great bands of the late 90's early 00's. It's the fact that they still get placed! If you listen to SLOT, STRAHPOL, The Power, Boghall then put FMM in there as well and mainly pipe corps we're talking, that Shotts time is over and it's about time people realised this.
