What the person did in this said video (PSU hacked by crypted), he would go to each universe/(seperate server) and go into a mission gate, starting up a mission inturn this overloaded that certian server,and I used the word over loaded very loosly because he did and still doesn't know what he was doing, deleting it temporarily, you definetly do not need any programing skills or even knowledge of computers to start up a mission, if you want to test this theory out, you can start up a mission
