Because it saves a lot of money and you can always upgrade equipment or music software once your ready too. I just asked because I plan to use an audio interface for recording with LMMS as a starting point for making music. I wasn't sure it was compatible with LMMS yet.
@masteredd23 no problem man, good equipment would only be beneficial for composing music. I have one question did you use an audio interface for the electric guitar.
@Untouchable909090 It's actually a cheap onboard audio interface. I used my guitar and the Vox DA5 amp. And then I just put a cable into my mic-input at my pc :D.
I know, it's pretty cheap, but it's enough for me^^
good job! is there a way to play the guitar direct into lmms and record it? i`ve use kristal for that!
