  • These mounted on the front of the tractor and not on the drawbar. Even when they are used as a stationary model, I never saw anyone hitch up the buzz saw the way you all have. Just curious why you don't have your tractor facing the saw?

  • @oldtimeway1 Or do those M JD's have the belt pulley behind the tractor instead of on the side???

  • nice video

  • i think i like the factory made ones with the table that tilts up to bring the wood to the blade a little better lol.

you aint kidding that sure is rickety!

  • @1944johndeerel Yea i think that its supossed to hook on to the drawbar some how because it has hooks on the wooden frame that are about the same width apart as the hydrolic arms. Its not really supposed to be set up this way but this is the only way I know how.

  • @jon49der my grandpa had 2 or 3 of the factory steel frame ones at one time, but my neighbor has a nice setup. he has a buzz saw mounted right to the front of a model A john deere. its a nice tractor. i think its an early styled model A it even has fenders! its been parked in a shed all the years ive known about it. i think the saw is a john deere accessory.

  • neat i have seen one of those lol
