It's not Sinéad's fault that she is a little overweight. She stated on a radio interview that she had been put on medication for depression for the last eight years which caused her to put on weight. She should has now found out she should never have been put on this medication.. Anyhow Sinéad no matter how you look I still love U. U have a heart of gold & still an extremely elegant woman.
@Mog087 I saw her once and she's tiny, with a tiny frame. I would think it's a combination of her bipolar medication, which is notorious for messing with metabolism, and the fact that any weight gain for such a tiny thing is going to look a lot worse than it is.
That said, who cares, she's a great talent. Wonderful voice and fantastic song writer. I loooooove this song.

In my opinion she could still work out and scrub up into a very beautiful 40something, but it's hardly important to anyone besides her, so people's antipathy here is perverse and extremely intolerant.

What makes me laugh is that even as a little fatter Sinead wouldn't give a second glance to the trolls who write this stuff. I think the reason for bad reactions to her is that she was so beautiful in her youth that any change from perfect is going to get a negative reaction. What is important is that she remains a talented artist.

In 20 years you should see how some of you 20 year olds are going to look. It's not going to be pretty. She's had a life of abuse from her mom, and early childhood repression. She's got a right to be mad at the Catholic Church, we all are. She's the best and she'll always be loved. Love you Sinead!
