That is a great rep range for lateral raises. This was done as burnout after plenty of other heavy movements. Strength is key, but don't just stick to one rep range all the time. High rep movements can shock different muscle fibers and top off a great workout.
Angela did superb in her debut by winning her pro card and you can see here why. Brad is a true champ and did well last year in his sophomore season. He was just hitting 65's on these 2 weeks ago and will be vying for a pro card this season no doubt.

serious question: why do you go so high on the reps? i usually keep it on 8-12 when doing lateral raises
