For me..sims houses can't be any mansions..and no shacks..i like regular sized homes with no blank space or too much space..i hate mansions because there is no need for one..and shacks...well...not convenient

I think you should change the doors leading to the balcony because there are letter slots in them and you wouldn't exactly have any mail coming form your balcony. But really good though!

the only downside by this would be how you choose to go through the rooms one by one in camera-mode, hence not making viewers able to se the whole house as an entirety, but thats not important cause this house is awesome
