I made both of those waiver adds in all my franchise modes. Madden really has to work on age factoring into these players. Both TO and Tiki Barber are two of the best players on my team in my heavier-franchise (Bills). Both are starting (TO is second to St. Johnson, though).

That being said, both TO got pro bowl nods (1.2k yards, 7 tds) and I think Barber was on his way but got injured late. Pretty awesome honestly.
