@snowaterider Thank you... I know it's quite an annoying issue. But if you check out my later videos, you will see that the echo is gone. I invested in a high quality voice recorder that took care of the issue.

Thank you for the informative video and delicious recipe, Chef Dama! Looks yummy! I do have one question, due to religious reasons we aren't allowed to use alcohol. Is there anything we can use in the beurre blanc as a sub?
Hey there. Glad you liked the recipe. I do hope you try it. As for substituting Wine in a Beurre blanc sauce, I have never tried it. I could recommend using Chicken stock instead. Don't know how it will turn out.
Instead, try this. In the pan in which you cooked the salmon, deglaze with chicken stock or water. Add lemon juice, herbs of choice, and simmer to reduce. Finish with a pat of butter and a tablespoon of cream. It will be quite a tasty sauce. Let me know if it works for you.
Great video but next time turn off the auditorium echo please.
