I have been running (a little too hard too fast too soon) and yesterday this came on very suddenly. I can't put ANY pressure on my right foot. THe pain is on the outside edge JUSt after the heel and radiates under my foot between my heel and arc. The pain i can pin point directly on the edge between my heel and 5th metatarsal bone where the edge of foot meets the ground. Docs said severe PF but if stays too long get a bone scan.. :( very upset.. I cant walk at all, im on crutches.

@Sensfan613 xray was clean however, docs said its only been 2 days and may not show.
