People love to be experts and tell other people that they are doing it wrong. Your dog seems to be happy, loved, and socially well sdjusted, so that's what I have to say to that:)
Look my komondor doesn't have house, and now at nights there are about +3 and -3 Celsius outside. And he is happy and strong, and doesn't care about the cold. I don't want to hurt you, dont misread my comment, only i said what i thought, but it's good that u searched for a komondor so far from us.
I think a dog need love. But special enviroment for a special dog. So komondor is not a typical "city dog". Komondors lived in the "Hortobágy" (it's like the praire but in Hungary) They didnt have house, if there was rainig they was sleeping in the rain, or in winter they was sleeping in snow. They are very frugal they don't need warm rooms and funny and sweetie clothes (i know your doesn't were it's only an example). (continue...:)
you know what white rock is my family's dog and in my opinion komondors can live in the city or the country but look, the only thing that matters is that komondors need loving owners, so I don't care if you think it is a crime to let komondors live the city. More importantly i don't care if you think our family is selfish. White Rock gets lots of love and exercise living with us, so there.
Very nice Kom. Very nice grooming.I keep mine in short cords also. Our Kom spends some time in the country and some in a big city. He doesn't care but he gets into more trouble in the country. Think he's more in touch with his "inner dog." I'll make your video a link on my website. Awesome!!!

We have started the world search for a komondor more than four years ago. After failing acquire a puppy from US and Canada. We get a puppy from Budapast, but we have wait for another six months for our White Rock. Yes, Komondor is a Hungarian breed, but it is a rare breed even in Hungary. There is NO breeder in Hong Kong at all. So White Rock may be the only komondor in HK or even in China? who knows.
my girlfriend had had a komondor for 12 yers until this February :( did you know that komondor is a Hungarian breed? How could you have get one? Are there breeders? It could not be easy to get one, not so popular type of dog.

White Rock has lot of exercise outdoor.
Yet it loves hang around with our family members and resting by itself.
The most important thing a dog need is not outdoor, but is lots of love. Don't you agree?
