The problem is there's an awful lot of fraudulent coupons out there

See that box up near the top of the coupon to the left of the barcode? That box is designed to foil copying - copied versions have blurry-looking text

Unless you're fairly certain your coupon is legit, i.e. you printed it yourself from the site, you probably don't want to send it in to KFC with your name and address attached. After all, it says right on the coupon, "Coupon fraud is punishable by law" be really careful ....
