Its the same in England, there's a stronger Caribbean influence there because the majority of the Black people there are West Indians. Just like how NY has strong Puerto Rican and Dominican influence, Miami got strong Cuban influence and LA got strong Mexican influence, if the majority is from one place or region thats gonna influence the culture

He is saying T.dot Has a HUGE West Indian community ( As does New York ) And to not assume everyone is from Jamaica once you hear an accent.
