If i Knew what A downpipe was i could answer that. I can tell you that my ATLP J-Pipe was 400, RV6 3rd cat delete was 120, XLR8 Catback was 950 running a special. So about $1500.00

Sounds like an Auto to me, unless he has racing clutch clutch and shorter gears. Hahaha.
