Absolutely. It is a live performance. I have the recording from the concert. Also, it's not found in any Lanois album. However, Emmylou Harris' version is produced by Lanois, as he played guitar too in the recording. The album is Wrecking ball.

This is amazing! I once heard Daniel play this at the Old Town School of folk Music in Chicago. It is my favorite concert I have ever been to. I've been looking for a recording of this ever since. Is it available on CD anywhere?

I enjoyed hearing Daniel Lanois do his version of Waterfalls....I like his work as a producer for Bob Dylan.....a musical friend of mine (we are both indie artists) used to play in a band with Lanois, years ago....
