Hooligan...you want cats like that every day, get a bucket & put a brick in the bottom start filling it with yer fish heads & innerds; like from that Bream & any table scraps you can't compost. Get it smellin rank; poke some holes in the bucket & sink it overnight in that pond. Next day catfish will be circling round it like sharks buddy=)
