When sam flynn first meets his father, you can see kevin's identity disc is white, but at the end of the movie when he switches discs with quorra and clu notices ...he watches quorra and you can see her with kevin's identity disc but it's black....so I just wanted to know if it was part of the movie or just a mistake or what? sorry for the lame ass question, but I didn't watched the whole movie...

@ChaoticRupture Apparently the disc colour (but not the disc's LIGHT colour) matches the outfit being worn. Anytime you see Kevin Flynn wear black (jacket, hooded robe) the disc is similarly coloured to match.

It wasn't.....that great...Sure the graphic were /pretty/. But it was lacking in a good plot. I was honestly disappointed as a Tron fan. The original is so much better. And it was way before it's time in the cutting edge graphics for 1982. Maybe my standards were just too high. I was expecting more that day I walked into the theater. Yet I should have gotten more, Tron is a freaking classic. But, you know, sequels rarely turn out good. I guess Legacy was no exception.

@powerrage2151 I don't know- but I like the change. Perhaps these colors were too cool and didn't give the film's palette enough contrast- so they chose the powerful complementary contrast instead- which I think works much better.

conclusion, there's more i'd like to write, and more reasons to enlighten you with, but I wont blame you for liking the original movie, you were afterall, 5 years old back then. 5 year olds will like about anything that's new at the time, even if it wasn't good. Now I know since 1982, visual effects and computers certainly evolved since then, so I can be forgiving of the visuals to those regards, but to the lame acting and lack of story build up like in all 80's movies, I feel cheated of my money and wished I got my money back for buying the original movie. @rionalia Erm, you know that the old movie is from Disney, too? Have you seen the new film? It's a very good sequel to the old one! Don't forget that the old one had a rather bad script where no characters were introduced and it had quite a lot silly scenes; the old one was just a film to show what computer-effects are capable of and it had an original idea. The new one shows actual effects and does everything else very good! "Yesterday everything was better" - how I hate this attitude.
