Yes, it has proved very difficult on water, once you get going it is OK, but that is too tricky. You need good wind and flat water which is rare in the UK !!. On land the wing is incredibly efficient, and what I will stick to.
i can't help thinking that looks really inefficient compared to a windsurfer with the sail attached by a mast which is doing a lot of the work for you. It looks really awkward to control as well
You guys finally got wind I see you took advantage of it. Where getting tons of snow and lakes , rivers are starting to freeze. Where also getting and have been getting strong winds at least 2 times a week here in Canada you guys would love it
