thanks. this truck replaced the McNeilus rl which replaced the heil rl. it has nothing to do with automation, we are still semi-auto

thank you. i thought the same about the tailgate. only thing i can think with the noises is this one may be a hybrid???it beats the rl in speed by alot. the driver is in some of my videos. i had never seen trainer before. what is freaky is that all of the wm trucks in my area but one still have all green tailgates!

nice!! i love mcneilus fl's combined w/ curotto cans. AAA here got a exact copy of that truck, but in AAA livery. the driver manually empties the cans on the other side of the street to save time.

Personally, I think Republic's trucks looked much nicer with the white bottom half of the tailgate...that yellow with that brown makes me kinda wanna puke on my keyboard...

There's not too many of them, they did half white tailgates for only about a year before they switched to yellow...I'll see if I can find some pics for you...the white looked a million times better than this yellow did!

I saw some McNeilus FL's and some McNeilus M/A's with it, and maybe one or two Heil FL's...as I said, not too many, but it sure as hell beat this awful yellow!
