This is actually my favorite work out video, I love the burn and pain I get from it cause I know that its working on all the right places, I'm also gradually working up to do the harder stuff on this video, rather than doing the workouts the easy way. :D

  • @lag322 I don't know if this would help, but whenever I have to do ab exercises on my tailbone, I put a pad or pillow underneath it because it's too uncomfortable for me.

  • At the bicycle crunch if I fail and go down I just do the bicycle. Then every 3 I do the full crunch. This is what I do in my bed at night.XD

  • I've done all your videos, but without the cardio. Does it matter that I don't do cardio often? I quite have some abs, but they're under a layer of fat, and I think the reason is that I don't do cardio.

  • i remember this video use to be so hard, but just now i finished everything without even stopping and i even did this workout after i worked out my thighs and butt for 50 mins. thanks for these vids! they are so good!

  • Everyone has abs. They just sit underneath fat. for those that get discouraged, the visual rewards take time. Just eat healthy, workout, and enjoy the immediate benefits like the endorphins and sense of accomplishment!

  • Hi Cassey!I love your ab workouts!It really gets me sore and wanting more haha.I have a quick question. So I noticed when I do some of these workouts, sometimes my back hurts to the point where I need to take a quick break to stretch my back.I try to maintain a neutral position and keep my spine as straight as possible while contracting my abs when doing the moves.Maybe I'm doing the positions wrong? Or maybe my back muscles are weak?Do I have to do some sort of exercise to strengthen my back?
