@lag322 I don't know if this would help, but whenever I have to do ab exercises on my tailbone, I put a pad or pillow underneath it because it's too uncomfortable for me.

Hi Cassey!I love your ab workouts!It really gets me sore and wanting more haha.I have a quick question. So I noticed when I do some of these workouts, sometimes my back hurts to the point where I need to take a quick break to stretch my back.I try to maintain a neutral position and keep my spine as straight as possible while contracting my abs when doing the moves.Maybe I'm doing the positions wrong? Or maybe my back muscles are weak?Do I have to do some sort of exercise to strengthen my back?
OH MY GOSH! I did this once and a week after, I felt this hard thing under my stomach. I thought I was extremely constipated or something, but my doctor said it was MUSCLE!!! Thank you so much!
The first time I did this, I stopped so many times....now doing being with Casey for 3 weeks, I can do the whole thing without stopping!!!! That doesn't mean it doesn't still kill my abs!

The first time I did this, I stopped so many times....now doing being with Casey for 3 weeks, I can do the whole thing without stopping!!!! That doesn't mean it doesn't still kill my abs!
