you can't possibly prove without a shadow of a doubt that somebody is guilty. for example if they are found at the scene of the murder with the murder weapon covered in the victims blood with a witness then what is to say that they were not framed or the witness is lying etc?

i am a christian and i do agree with capitol punishment and the death penalty. i dont agree with so called "lethal" injection. i believe it should be more painful. im from oklahoma and im sure everyone remembers the okc bombing. timothy mcveigh got death by lethal injection. he killed a bunch of ppl including little kids and it hurt them and their families a whole lot more than that little needle he got. the bible says an eye for an eye. and to abide by the laws of the land.itshouldbemorepainful
