The people who cannot comprehend such magnificence call themselves atheists so their brain can handle it.
@Anavengertg No it means they don't believe in outdated theories. I don't have a religion. I think religion is stupid. Religion isn't scientific. Religous people always go on scientific videos and have to mention "NO god cweated da universe dis all wong" Atheists are people who don't believe in fake fairytale stories. Religion is not for people who are afraid, while it stands true that some people who are afraid of death turn to religion, it's a minority.

@trinikagekavir Well you seem like an intelligent person. You're religion seems to make more sense then others. I don't really have much to argue against smart people.
@dev02ify Great, I am happy that this didn't turn out to be an argument. :)
After all, I agree completely that religious people and religions on the whole that refuse to change their views are idiotic.
I loathe the idea that religion cannot make progress. (Although, this leads to the question : if 'certain' holy text claims you cannot question it or 'god'; can one drop that idea? I suppose not. Thankfully, my religion is all about forming my own belief system.)
@Anavengertg You are a fool and that's why atheism is on the rise. No religion is fully accurate. Core beliefs may be but not the whole story.
What is your religion pray tell? If it's Christianity then I laugh in your face. It is full of outdated stufff that should definitely be dropped from your belief system.
@trinikagekavir It's Islam. It's as accurate as it ever will be. It's Qur'an is the miracle. Till now, no one has been able to find a credible flaw in it. Most people have only tried to nitpick different translations and try to portray them as flaws.
@Anavengertg I hope the Abrahamic God does not exist. Because this God comes across, in the various holy texts, as a rather immoral bullying arsehole overall.
I hope there isn't a heaven. Because its description sounds absolutely vile.
To spend eternity in bliss, knowing that there are innumerable souls burning in perpetual agony?
How can that be bliss? That's the ultimate torture.
I hope that you're wrong. I really and genuinely hope that you're completely wrong.
@KlaxonCow Dunno what texts you've been reading, but read the Qur'an.
As for your other comment...how hypocritical. How can you eat when millions of people in the horn of Africa died of starvation. Also are you saying that the main purpose of those kids living there in Africa was to die of starvation? I think you should go commit suicide cause you must be feeling oh so terrible!
@Anavengertg Well then same goes for you too: how can YOU eat when millions of people in the horn of Africa are dying of starvation? You know, one must eat to.. well, to exist (better yet, maintain the existence :D) in the first place!
@Imakeplanesboom Ok I'll put this in as basic a way as possible. I am a hindu so I'm 'qualified' to answer. One of the main thing you 'supah intelligent hipsters' say to 'condemn' religion is this: religion does not allow you to develop new ideas. That is wrong. As a hindu, I am allowed to drop outdated ideas while still holding on to core teachings of the religion. I am allowed to dispel something as myth while praising another idea or rather belief as 'scientific'.
@Imakeplanesboom The thing is that you cannot prove that the stories are made up. Well maybe you can prove the bible was made up but it's impossible to prove that the stories in the Qur'an was made up. see?
@Imakeplanesboom The thing is, my religion complements science and science complements my religion. In fact when scientists come to a conclusion that disagrees with my religion, they eventually end up re evaluating their conclusions till their result comes in accordance with what my religion states. You savvy?
@Anavengertg Lol, you don't know what the definition of the Big Bang is it seems. EVERYTHING was created in the big bang... Nothing besides a proton sized ball of matter existed before that.
@Imakeplanesboom God exists outside the realm of "creation". He invented the concept of "creation". The current theory that nothing existed before the big bang is however false. If you say it isn't false then you have to prove it which of course in an impossibility.
@Imakeplanesboom Right actually...you know I've found out that the bigger the degree and higher the education one gets, the more hard headed and simple minded one becomes. It must be very difficult for you to admit how much in denial you are right now.
@Anavengertg Actually, the "bigger" the degree, the more knowledgeable you are on the subject. So I'm 99.99999% sure I know more about the creation of the universe than you ever will. So once again, have a good day. I had to say it twice because you didn't comprehend it the first time.
@Imakeplanesboom See that's the thing. The bigger the degree, the bigger the arrogance (because that dude things he knows more) the less inclined to learn he is and thus the more hard headed he is and the more fixed his ideas become. Given that you got your knowledge from a university, it's unlikely you'll be able to change your ideas to fit the truth because that's how universities mess you up.
@Imakeplanesboom Lol now that's the moron in you speaking. It's like saying that you know more about a watch than it's maker. You basically just proved to me what a "university education" translates into.
@Imakeplanesboom Wow so you got your hoity toity university degree and despite that you arrive at the erroneous conclusion that I'm claiming to be the maker of the universe? OUCH! Go re read the comment that I replied to and try to figure out what I said there. Let me know if you are still in a fog. Everyone makes mistakes =0)
@Anavengertg Wrong again!! There are trillions of planets out there. We are one of millions that just so happen to have all the building blocks of life and that are orbiting a star in the habitable zone. It is a mistake.
@Imakeplanesboom Lol mistakes aren't this accurate. Planets not colliding with each other each orbiting the sun and the moon as well not colliding with the earth? Far too miraculous to be a coincidence. I've never seen a wrist watch (analog) being made by mistake. The life of earth is much more complicated than the most complicated of watches.
@Anavengertg That is a dumb analogy. How about writing Hamlet? That's a pretty intricate work of literature. If you leave a monkey in a room with paper and a pen, I guarantee that he will write Hamlet given an infinite amount of time to write letters on paper. Eventually, the monkey will have written so many letters (trillions of them) so that they are the exact dialogues from the play. And your planets not colliding argument. They don't collide because they have different masses and orbital...
@Anavengertg That's my point!! It can't write sentences, but if you teach it to write letters and give it a billion years, it WILL write Hamlet. You take all the elements that are floating around in space, add some gravity, and boom! You have a solar system. SIMPLE SCIENCE...... Maybe it's still too complicated for your brain to handle.
@Imakeplanesboom You still are describing the how and not the why. Anyway you lost your own point. It could only happen if God allowed it. See? In it's current state a monkey would never be able to write Hamlet because at it's smartest point the Brain cannot write sentences and even if given a billion years will never be developed enough to do so. Btw God created gravity. Maybe that's too complicated for you to comprehend =0)
@Anavengertg It's all about the how. The why is irrelevant. Prove to me that there is a god. I can prove that the universe is still expanding to this day. I thought "god" created everything at once? And god created gravity? Looooooooooooool, no. An object's mass created gravity. And seeing that everything that takes up space has mass, everything has gravity. To some extent. "God" (fake) has no mass, therefore "he" cannot alter, nor change anything. He cannot create planets or stars or galaxies.
@Imakeplanesboom You can prove that the universe is expanding? Maybe you can explain this Qur'an Verse that was revealed over 1400 years ago. I wonder how humans proved that it was expanding then...:
And it is We Who have constructed the heaven with might, and verily, it is We Who are steadily expanding it. (Qur'an, Capter:51 Verse:47)
@Anavengertg I like how you pick on scientists for taking everything so literally, and yet you provide a verse that must be taken literally. I could say that I am the reason why the universe is expanding. That doesn't mean it's true.
@Imakeplanesboom Lol I never dissed you for taking things literally. you just focus on the how and not the why. The Qur'an is full of verses like that. Just Google "Qur'an Astronomy".
@Imakeplanesboom There's a lot more to science than just how it occurs. No point in living life otherwise. No point for morality or rules etc... Just be another animal. That's why a lot of the American Society is so crappy and flawed. Everyone's more concerned about the how rather than the why. if they figured out the why then you'd understand why there are so many diseases and messed up values in the US.
@Anavengertg who discovered that the Earth orbit the Sun (a very famous Italian) and was put to house arrest by who for that discovery?...don't hurt yourself thinking about that one.
The "how" has been proving with facts by science and the "why" is still an ongoing question with no answer in sight.
It's O.K . for you to put your faith in god, but don't force your believes upon others.
@Anavengertg Thanks for the correction, English was/is never my thing, but hopefully we can agree that you have your "beliefs" and so does others, peace.
@Anavengertg paths, if they all had the same mass, the sun's gravity would have pulled them into each other. But seeing how each planet is different, they won't collide unless their orbits shift. Still have questions? I would love to explain further why there is no god.
@Imakeplanesboom You love to explain the how but you are unable to explain the why. The miracles of life probably baffle you too. You can try to simplify the explanation but that does not take away from its complicity.
@Anavengertg It's impossible for something to exist without someone to create it before hand. As for the universe, it's outside the realm of creation... The bigger the degree, the more you HAVE been inclined to learn than those around you. Somebody told you about this religion and you believed them no questions asked. Your ideas became fixed the minute you were introduced to the ideas you now accept as truth. I feel sorry for people like you, whose brains don't quite click right.
Is it me or is the sound on this video a little screwy?

Don't discriminate people who believe in god, it's another way to look at life, while I agree that it's not the scientifical correct way to look at life it's still valid.
Religion is not for people who are afraid, while it stands true that some people who are afraid of death turn to religion, it's a minority.

@dev02ify God's theories (more like facts) aren't outdated and can never be so. Only morons become Atheistic instead of Agnostic.

@dev02ify That's cause you cannot make a valid argument due to your lack of answers to life's questions.

@dev02ify Wrong~
In my religion, we constantly drop outdated ideas for new ones. We constantly drop old bullshit while finding the amazing FACT hidden in a text.
At the very least, we are ENCOURAGED to do so.
We very openly separate MYTH from plausible THEORIES.
Please respond, I would love to elaborate.
trinikagekavir 5 months ago
@trinikagekavir Well you seem like an intelligent person. You're religion seems to make more sense then others. I don't really have much to argue against smart people.
dev02ify 5 months ago
@dev02ify Great, I am happy that this didn't turn out to be an argument. :)
After all, I agree completely that religious people and religions on the whole that refuse to change their views are idiotic.
I loathe the idea that religion cannot make progress. (Although, this leads to the question : if 'certain' holy text claims you cannot question it or 'god'; can one drop that idea? I suppose not. Thankfully, my religion is all about forming my own belief system.)
Sorry for the rambling :/
trinikagekavir 5 months ago
@trinikagekavir Funny. In my religion we were accurate to begin with so there are no outdated stuff in it.
Anavengertg 5 months ago
@Anavengertg You are a fool and that's why atheism is on the rise. No religion is fully accurate. Core beliefs may be but not the whole story.
What is your religion pray tell? If it's Christianity then I laugh in your face. It is full of outdated stufff that should definitely be dropped from your belief system.
trinikagekavir 5 months ago
@trinikagekavir It's Islam. It's as accurate as it ever will be. It's Qur'an is the miracle. Till now, no one has been able to find a credible flaw in it. Most people have only tried to nitpick different translations and try to portray them as flaws.
Anavengertg 5 months ago
@Anavengertg I hope the Abrahamic God does not exist. Because this God comes across, in the various holy texts, as a rather immoral bullying arsehole overall.
I hope there isn't a heaven. Because its description sounds absolutely vile.
To spend eternity in bliss, knowing that there are innumerable souls burning in perpetual agony?
How can that be bliss? That's the ultimate torture.
I hope that you're wrong. I really and genuinely hope that you're completely wrong.
KlaxonCow 5 months ago
Because if you're right, then the universe is a far lesser and more dwarfish place than the majesty of science would otherwise suggest.
Creation is reduced to a conjuring trick.
Life is reduced to a grand job interview for the position of eternal servitude.
God is a petty arsehole. He's deeply insecure and jealous, insisting on perpetual worship.
For a deity, he's ridiculously needy.
I hope that your religion is false. Because, if it isn't, then the universe and existence is just shit.
KlaxonCow 5 months ago
@KlaxonCow Dunno what texts you've been reading, but read the Qur'an.
As for your other comment...how hypocritical. How can you eat when millions of people in the horn of Africa died of starvation. Also are you saying that the main purpose of those kids living there in Africa was to die of starvation? I think you should go commit suicide cause you must be feeling oh so terrible!
Anavengertg 5 months ago
@Anavengertg Well then same goes for you too: how can YOU eat when millions of people in the horn of Africa are dying of starvation? You know, one must eat to.. well, to exist (better yet, maintain the existence :D) in the first place!

@Imakeplanesboom Religion is based on made up stories?
You are an idiot. I imagine your knowledge of religions is limited. there's more out there than Christianity you know.

@trinikagekavir Prove it, all I have to say..
Imakeplanesboom 5 months ago
@Imakeplanesboom Ok I'll put this in as basic a way as possible. I am a hindu so I'm 'qualified' to answer. One of the main thing you 'supah intelligent hipsters' say to 'condemn' religion is this: religion does not allow you to develop new ideas. That is wrong. As a hindu, I am allowed to drop outdated ideas while still holding on to core teachings of the religion. I am allowed to dispel something as myth while praising another idea or rather belief as 'scientific'.
Please respond,A.I.H.T.S.
trinikagekavir 5 months ago
@Imakeplanesboom The thing is that you cannot prove that the stories are made up. Well maybe you can prove the bible was made up but it's impossible to prove that the stories in the Qur'an was made up. see?
Anavengertg 5 months ago
@Anavengertg Well you can believe in religion if you want, I'll believe in science, we can see who is right after we die.
Imakeplanesboom 5 months ago 2
@Imakeplanesboom The thing is, my religion complements science and science complements my religion. In fact when scientists come to a conclusion that disagrees with my religion, they eventually end up re evaluating their conclusions till their result comes in accordance with what my religion states. You savvy?
Anavengertg 5 months ago
@Anavengertg Do you believe a god created the universe? Or was it the big bang?
Imakeplanesboom 5 months ago 2
@Imakeplanesboom God created the universe via the big bang.
Anavengertg 5 months ago
@Anavengertg Lol, you don't know what the definition of the Big Bang is it seems. EVERYTHING was created in the big bang... Nothing besides a proton sized ball of matter existed before that.
Imakeplanesboom 5 months ago 2
@Imakeplanesboom God exists outside the realm of "creation". He invented the concept of "creation". The current theory that nothing existed before the big bang is however false. If you say it isn't false then you have to prove it which of course in an impossibility.
Anavengertg 5 months ago
@Anavengertg Just as if you tried proving there is a god, impossible. Prove it. Masters of science Cal Berkeley, Astrophysics.
Imakeplanesboom 5 months ago 2
@Imakeplanesboom It's impossible for something to exist without someone to create it before hand. As for God, he's outside the realm of creation.

@Anavengertg Wrong, and that explains it..... Have a good day.
Imakeplanesboom 5 months ago 3
@Imakeplanesboom Right actually...you know I've found out that the bigger the degree and higher the education one gets, the more hard headed and simple minded one becomes. It must be very difficult for you to admit how much in denial you are right now.
Anavengertg 5 months ago
@Anavengertg Actually, the "bigger" the degree, the more knowledgeable you are on the subject. So I'm 99.99999% sure I know more about the creation of the universe than you ever will. So once again, have a good day. I had to say it twice because you didn't comprehend it the first time.
Imakeplanesboom 5 months ago 9
@Imakeplanesboom See that's the thing. The bigger the degree, the bigger the arrogance (because that dude things he knows more) the less inclined to learn he is and thus the more hard headed he is and the more fixed his ideas become. Given that you got your knowledge from a university, it's unlikely you'll be able to change your ideas to fit the truth because that's how universities mess you up.
Anavengertg 5 months ago
@Anavengertg Yes, I "things" I know more. And I conduct my own independent research.
Imakeplanesboom 5 months ago
@Imakeplanesboom I doubt you know more than a desert bedouin and your "independent" research naturally contains many errors.
Anavengertg 5 months ago
@Anavengertg I have my colleagues at the observatory look it over. So once again, you're wrong.
Imakeplanesboom 5 months ago
@Imakeplanesboom If your colleagues still have the same mindset as you then you still would be wrong.
Anavengertg 5 months ago
@Anavengertg I have facts and a 50" telescope to prove it. I know more about the universe and your "god" than you do, or ever will.
Imakeplanesboom 5 months ago
@Imakeplanesboom Lol now that's the moron in you speaking. It's like saying that you know more about a watch than it's maker. You basically just proved to me what a "university education" translates into.
Anavengertg 5 months ago
@Anavengertg You think you're the maker of the universe? There is no maker, unless science is a person. You don't know anything about anything.
Imakeplanesboom 5 months ago
@Imakeplanesboom Wow so you got your hoity toity university degree and despite that you arrive at the erroneous conclusion that I'm claiming to be the maker of the universe? OUCH! Go re read the comment that I replied to and try to figure out what I said there. Let me know if you are still in a fog. Everyone makes mistakes =0)
Anavengertg 5 months ago
@Anavengertg You're still in a fog!!! YOU BELIEVE THERE IS A GOD!!!! HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
Imakeplanesboom 5 months ago
@Imakeplanesboom Yet you cannot prove that I am incorrect. Everything works way too perfectly for it all to be just happenstance.
Anavengertg 5 months ago
@Anavengertg Wrong again!! There are trillions of planets out there. We are one of millions that just so happen to have all the building blocks of life and that are orbiting a star in the habitable zone. It is a mistake.
Imakeplanesboom 5 months ago
@Imakeplanesboom Lol mistakes aren't this accurate. Planets not colliding with each other each orbiting the sun and the moon as well not colliding with the earth? Far too miraculous to be a coincidence. I've never seen a wrist watch (analog) being made by mistake. The life of earth is much more complicated than the most complicated of watches.
Anavengertg 5 months ago
@Anavengertg That is a dumb analogy. How about writing Hamlet? That's a pretty intricate work of literature. If you leave a monkey in a room with paper and a pen, I guarantee that he will write Hamlet given an infinite amount of time to write letters on paper. Eventually, the monkey will have written so many letters (trillions of them) so that they are the exact dialogues from the play. And your planets not colliding argument. They don't collide because they have different masses and orbital...
Imakeplanesboom 5 months ago
@Imakeplanesboom No the monkey will never be able to write Hamlet. It's brain isn't developed enough to write coherent sentences.
Anavengertg 5 months ago
@Anavengertg That's my point!! It can't write sentences, but if you teach it to write letters and give it a billion years, it WILL write Hamlet. You take all the elements that are floating around in space, add some gravity, and boom! You have a solar system. SIMPLE SCIENCE...... Maybe it's still too complicated for your brain to handle.
Imakeplanesboom 5 months ago
@Imakeplanesboom You still are describing the how and not the why. Anyway you lost your own point. It could only happen if God allowed it. See? In it's current state a monkey would never be able to write Hamlet because at it's smartest point the Brain cannot write sentences and even if given a billion years will never be developed enough to do so. Btw God created gravity. Maybe that's too complicated for you to comprehend =0)
Anavengertg 5 months ago
@Anavengertg It's all about the how. The why is irrelevant. Prove to me that there is a god. I can prove that the universe is still expanding to this day. I thought "god" created everything at once? And god created gravity? Looooooooooooool, no. An object's mass created gravity. And seeing that everything that takes up space has mass, everything has gravity. To some extent. "God" (fake) has no mass, therefore "he" cannot alter, nor change anything. He cannot create planets or stars or galaxies.
Imakeplanesboom 5 months ago
@Imakeplanesboom You can prove that the universe is expanding? Maybe you can explain this Qur'an Verse that was revealed over 1400 years ago. I wonder how humans proved that it was expanding then...:
And it is We Who have constructed the heaven with might, and verily, it is We Who are steadily expanding it. (Qur'an, Capter:51 Verse:47)
Anavengertg 5 months ago
@Anavengertg I like how you pick on scientists for taking everything so literally, and yet you provide a verse that must be taken literally. I could say that I am the reason why the universe is expanding. That doesn't mean it's true.
Imakeplanesboom 5 months ago
@Imakeplanesboom Lol I never dissed you for taking things literally. you just focus on the how and not the why. The Qur'an is full of verses like that. Just Google "Qur'an Astronomy".
Anavengertg 5 months ago
@Anavengertg Science is all about the how though. It's about facts, asking why brings opinions into it. Thus compromising the factual information.
Imakeplanesboom 5 months ago
@Imakeplanesboom There's a lot more to science than just how it occurs. No point in living life otherwise. No point for morality or rules etc... Just be another animal. That's why a lot of the American Society is so crappy and flawed. Everyone's more concerned about the how rather than the why. if they figured out the why then you'd understand why there are so many diseases and messed up values in the US.
Anavengertg 5 months ago
@Anavengertg who discovered that the Earth orbit the Sun (a very famous Italian) and was put to house arrest by who for that discovery?...don't hurt yourself thinking about that one.
The "how" has been proving with facts by science and the "why" is still an ongoing question with no answer in sight.
It's O.K . for you to put your faith in god, but don't force your believes upon others.

MsMichelle103 3 months ago in playlist stuff 8
@Anavengertg paths, if they all had the same mass, the sun's gravity would have pulled them into each other. But seeing how each planet is different, they won't collide unless their orbits shift. Still have questions? I would love to explain further why there is no god.
Imakeplanesboom 5 months ago
