This = bullshit, just softmod your PSP Fat battery, don't bother cutting it up and ruining it, i just finished pandorizing my fat battery, and normalized it, with two clicks of a button

No. If you do it this way that battery is permenantly hacked.

This is called a hard mod. You are "Modifying" the "Hradware".

when you make a phat pandora battery you cant use it to play cfmw games you can only padorarize it so you will need another battery or just buy as pandora battery you can use it as a normal battery and you can play umds on it

welll i did this but silly me stabed into the side of my battery lol haha lots of smoke hehe but 1ce i created my magic memory stick and put custom firmware cause i new my battery will break in a couple of weeks an instead of buying a new battery and ripping the little fuka open i got a app on my psp called psp tool and u can make a pandora battery without ripping one open and if ur a noob like i was at the time research den there is less chance that stuff is gunna go rong

Well smoke is a bad sign :\ Rly dont know what u did but it pretty easy if you follow instructions. I did my battery with a needle and with precition as you could kinda F%$@ your battery ;] Just pull the pin up. But i think smoke could be the battery got pearced or something or its leaking or u mad a short circuit.

@maxrox156 Smoke may be from puncturing the battery itself. I accidently punctured the silver material, and got some sparks, and smoke. It subsided though, and my battery still works.

ok u can just stop the vid instead of havin 2 and a half minutes of the same thing and secondly the second chip has 4 pins on each side not 3 but u still have to cut the bottom wire under he battery extension to plug in with the prongs. if ur gonna make a vid do it right!

yes it does work, i dont now why taking a pin off lets you put cfw but i know it works.

@bloodkaiser360 the reason removing a pin in the battery makes it possible is because when you remove the pin you take down a crucial firewall in the psp that blocks most software basicly its a hardmod version of a jailbreak
