he may be running like that because the carpet is too skinny and loose. if you cut the carpet so it fits perfectly width wise and has a snug fit on the rollers it will give him much better traction instead of slipping around like he was.
I dont think ur helping your dog by running on that thing! Its a nice work but its missing alot of tecknical needed work that must be added to to make it usefull. You can see how is the dog not comfortable running and he is not using hes legs the way he would running on the street.. Wish u the best
@arpaviejas777 POOR DOG? OOO thats right, you'd rather ppl have their pups sit on the couch and eat bon bons with ur fat ass??!! IDK this woman nor her pup, so I cant say IF she pushes him to hard. BUT TO SAY POOR DOG beacause shes usin a mill for her pup? WHACK. My dog gets exercised normally, I skate her, she goes to work on a farm with me, she does some tire pullin gexc. But when the Winter time comes, Im not goin to be outside in 3" of snow, running like a bat outta hell.
@qpKamiKazeeqp like my dog would like to do, every single day for hours on end. THe mill is another tool for your pup when ppl like me NEED IIIT. I'd RAther see one using a mill properly instead of having their dogs couped up doin gNOTHING and being lazy pieces of shit!
Are you breeding American Staffordshire Terriers, on a breed standard,, cause if you are not I dont think you know what you talk about when it comes to Pit Bull bred for performance.
hey kId a have 20 years In and a now more than u so lets leave It cause a wont boder anymore thats a only am goIng am a breeder and that Its a mIx dot good bye
@TheJagual if you want to get deep in to this discussion we can but i don't want to. The fact that you claim to be a breeder of pitbulls says it all for me. If you want to talk about what a real Pitbull looks like good luck that name is used for a vast variation of bloodlines and dogs that bare traits of pit fighting dogs. There's really no specific pit bull standard. Truthfully the original working bulls looked drastically different from many dogs we consider APBT currently.
@TheJagual the heads a perfectly fine size and its got a fine amount of nose i feel sorry for you you dont know what youv been breeding haha XD i bet you think those huge headed short muzzled saggy skinned fuckers that cant jump 6 inches off the floor and are constantly fucked like an olde english bulldog after a 5 minute walk retarded bully cross breeds are pits you couldnt be more wrong breeder my arse and god help the human race if you ever breed yourself lmao
@dangerinthechamber45 What is strange about this? There are many reasons for people needing a threadmill for their dog! Dog rehab is one (sometimes underwater threadmill), owner or dog health problems another. Dogs need exercise and sometimes a threadmill helps give them the right exercise or enough exercise. Also, if the owner isn't able to let the dog run (off leash impossible, can't run or ride bike themselves etc), a threadmill is fantastic. I'd love one for my dog!
One reason I'd love one myself, is in the winter. We get lots of snow, and sometimes it takes time for them to clear paths well enough for walks in a wheelchair... And it gets horribly cold, which is problematic for long walks, even with good clothing. A good run inside would be wonderful for my dog then - in combo with shorter walks! :) Toxicwishes, could you PLEASE post more information on parts needed, which type of carpet etc.? A plan would be wonderful! :)
@kahmi987 Ooops, my apologies, thought it was directed at another person! But anyway, there are so many other reasons for needing a dog threadmill than lack of time!!! Also, I don't see something like this as a time saving contraption. I mean, you can't leave your dog on it alone, you have to be there with them (in case of problems). So it's not like you can leave your dog on it and go to work... But it may give your dog more/better exercise than you can give...
Drop the angle down a little make it about 1ft longer and 6inch wider. And you will have about the same one I do. Keep the chain short mine is about 5 inch bc how tall the arm it attaches to is.
and can you make me a list with things i need to buy ?

you should learn your dog to run with his both frontlegs at the same time at this speed its not good for him to run left right separatly
