When a candidate rapidly files a law suit trying to shut out an ad by blocking the 1st admendment rights, you don't have to convence people that it's true. Obama's bone headed actions where enough to sulidify any doubts that anyone could have had. It's obviouse that it's true, Why didn't Obama just scream "don't release that because it will destroy me" This ad is not suprising, how many times does he have to put down the U.S. in his speaches before people relize thats what he actually believes.

let him legalize it. I always smirk when people cry foul against getting the fed out of the marijuana racket while they advocate state's rights and small government in the same breath. Let California and the other states decide their course. Get the fed out of the mary jane business, save Americans some grief and extra taxes.
