Why is it that the Republicans keep wanting their 'BUSH TAX CUTS' for the rich yet want to take things like Social Security and Medicare away from the middle class and poor who paid money into these accounts. They have to know in their hearts that it is self centered, evil and greedy of them to do this to the people who pay the bills of the country. Do they have no conscious, guilt or heart? You can't get blood from a stone, or expect to have the middle class continue to bear the burden, or our most vulnerable to suffer cuts to vital programs. I believe the majority of the American people agree, and virtually 100% of the informed American people do. Compromise. Raise taxes on the wealthy, cut spending and close corporate loop holes. Large Corporations don't create jobs, they make profits. Labor is a commodity they will buy more cheaply off shore. They have to pay more.

They are often taxed at a higher percentage of their total income than the ultrarich tax dodgers, because they make bupkis, but have to pay a larger % of their income on sales tax, city fees, taxes on phones, electricity, cable, garbage, etc. The GOP refuses to even close tax loopholes!

Taxing the rich means making sure that corporations and the top percentage of wealthy individuals don’t avoid what they owe through various loop holes, lobbying and unnecessary tax breaks.
I don’t agree with unnecessary government spending, but everyone should pay their fair share.
