I agree with you, there are companies exploiting the artists, I think in DK where I am from, the state is supporting (some of) the artists. But it's not always enough. Money has to come from somewhere. For example, the Do re mi Flash mob in Antwerpen was sponsored by a company, but damn it was well made. I like creative commercials, but that doesn't nessesarily make me buy the products.
