A demurrer is a pleading in a lawsuit that objects to or challenges a pleading filed by an opposing party. The word demur means "to object"; a demurrer is the document that makes the objection. Lawyers informally define a demurrer as the court saying "so what" to the pleading.
tactikalguy I'd like to educate myself on legal proceedings. Is there any reading material you would suggest? I'm going to get a blacks law dictionary. But where can I get cases or see records etc.?
@hapkido690 ..... Any law library will do. They are usually located by the criminal courts or in some cases, traffic courtrs as well. Just do a google search for your are.
The rules for California in your info can be translated into methods that may work in NV. The 1538.5 motion seems to challenge the sufficiency of the arrest, warrant, search and seizure. It translates to a NRS 179.045 motion(I think). In NV the demurrer is abolished by NRS 174.075. This seems to leave only motions for summary judgment or counterclaim. Not sure how to prepare either but im working on it. In due time I guess. Anyone know where to find info on preparing court paperwork?
Sorry wasnt trying to discredit anyone i know tactical guy is on top n knows his shit, was just reminded of the days when i used to tweek when i heard this guy talking
Anyone doubting the veracity of the claim or the lifestyle of the claimant misses the point entirely or is on the other side. The former should understand one point of this case. NEVER WAIVE A SINGLE RIGHT. The latter will simply want to discredit the claimant because they lost and lost big. If this guy is as some of you say, don't you think the judge who spent hours in open court might have caught on? Anyone having gone through our court system would sound like this. He won and I'm greatful!

He may not be the best speaker which makes this even better ecspecially when you have people like cops,d.a.'s,and or JEHERETIC trying to discredit this guy with their IDIOTIC post. When the fact is the guy won!!! Good job tactikal1guy and congrats to the person you helped in this video.
@JEHERETIC Only an expert on the subject would make this accusation. To be an expert you are A. a cop with an 8 hour class under your belt OR B. a tweaker. Which are you JEHERETIIC

VG content, too-bad telephone audio was poor; it was even 'clipping' at times, likely overdrive gain of recorder input. Looking forward to more of this from you. I suggest you post a synopsis of this guy's experience in your own words explaining the buzz words used and over-all strategy employed. Real-life examples like this are golden, enlightening and entertaining. But the intended meaning here is lost due to being unintelligible most of the time. Let's see more practical, how-to stuff here.
thanks for all the updates everything helps with my current situation and preparing for court.......hoping I can eventually post one of these win videos for ya my process has just started
