The horses appear to be either very small, or the Mongolian adults very large! As for the children riding horses at that speed, when I was their age, I still had learner wheels on my bike...(that type of activity certainly would have gotten me off the street corner, back in New York) I didn''t notice anybody talking on cell phones!!
