But I'm kinda confused, I know the L word really good but wth which season is this? It's kinda confusing... And if it's 1 till 6 how could you know season 6 already? Cause it wasn't out at 1 april yet right? or their in america it was? o_0 And who is who? Like the one with the red cap? the trans? who is alice? :S I'm really confused :D

It's a "style" paraody -- it's not a specific season or episode. Even the characters aren't exact counterparts. They're just taking various elements from the show so the comedy will have an L Word flavor. Obviously, they've made up their own story line too.
