I think it's because in the films she's suppose to be extremely young, so they try to put an innocent look on her, natural makeup, and that sort of thing. When she's in interviews or at premeires, i image she has much more say as to how she looks, and so she tends to look more her age. that's just my opinion. But I agree, I think she's a gorgeous woman, both on set and off.
