So let me get this right, there is a box in the mud that funnels the oil up a pipe to a tanker on the surface. Then during a hurricane when a tanker can not just sit in the middle of the gulf sucking up oil and the pipe can not be turned off we will have the same problem till the weather calms down and they are able to hook back up the pipe.

and our government want to put a cap on Liability to these guys, who are they working for?
