After season six I think it's fair to say Meg wants that cloud hopping pansy to take off his halo and make her pay for her demonic sins. All night and then some. That pairing is both wrong and amazing. Demon and Angel. They seem weirdly drawn to each other. The only part that ruins it is that Kripke made it canon that Angels can see demons true faces which are supposed to be hideous from torment and evil. =(

@Rosalin3Black Indeed. I agree. And this is one of those episodes that really showed their talent. That would be Christopher Lennertz and Jay Gruska. This whole episode was brilliantly written and filmed. Ben Edlund wrote it. Philip Sgriccia directed it and Serge Ladouceur did the photography. Just an all around great job. Glad someone else notices/cares about the magic behind the camera. Very happy to read your comment.

It's really interesting that seeing both Misha and Mark together in this scene makes one really see just how perfect their casting was. Mark was second-choice to play Castiel, but Misha got the part, and they couldn't be more correct because Misha seems to have this soft angelic child-like quality that is perfect for Cas. And Mark was first choice to play Lucifer and that was perfect because he looks intimidating and has that calm menace that few can imitate.

Cas' scene with Meg is definitely one of his best. I don't know why it intrigues me so much, it just does. It's just so malicious (throwing her on the fire and stepping on her to get out) but at the time, he's actually manipulative (he acts like he's going to kiss her to get her guard down, and strangely, Meg looks like she's going to fall for it). It was just awe-inspiring to see Cas do something like that, and the acting made it so realistic and phenomenal.

Sorry but we must be watching two different supernatural. I love every single Dean/Castiel scene, they've been my favorite thing about this season and the last. Misha Collins was an excellent choice to add to the cast, if he didn't come back this season I would have been REALLY mad because I L-O-V-E love Castiel! He's so funny unintentionally. His scenes with Dean are hilarious throughout 5x03 I was concentrated on their scenes! Season 1 & 2 was about Sam's boy wonder powers it's Dean's turn!

So Dean makes fun of him by calling him "Huggy Bear" which was the name of a police informant in the 1970's TV series "Starsky and Hutch."
