motor is only half the battle. honda has alot more experince with designing a frame and a suspension system for maximum acceleration and traction. the bashee has a much higher output of a motor. but i bet his tires slip .5 times more then the 250r and that adds up,

My guess is that the answer lies in their awesome top end, and major fuel flow (~36mm carb). Look at the pipes on those things, they're long and huge, and straight. On any other bike, it'd be considered a drag pipe :) But yes, 250r's are amazing machines.
