@jbambulo I got no tip, all I can tell you is that you will mess it up until you don't anymore, it's just muscle memory shenanigans, so just keep practicing.

You really have to get used to the timing of Nova's moves, especially his flight, attack, unflight pattern...if you do it too slow, you drop the combo all together, you do it too fast, you will do a Nova Strike...once you get used to the timing, you can fly, H, unfly rather quickly....I use the XBox regular console controller and can do this and other more elaborate (see me Nova/Strider/Zero combo) combos. I'm still in the process of trying to master this character since I've beaten Weskers :)

@VeggiLS They're the same commands on both stick and controller. QCB means quarter-circle-back, i.e., backwards hadoken. S is special, or launcher. Fly and unfly are the same commands. You do not need an arcade stick to do these combos, or any combos, you just need practice.

@VeggiLS Flight cancel is easy on a fightstick AND controller. Its personal preference fightsticks do NOT make things easier or make you better. To flight cancel after his H just cancel his H with QCB+S then hit H again then unfly

Its annoying because if you input QCB+S to fly and then press H too fast, the QCB movement will apply TWICE and he'll fly and do his nova strike...I think this should be adjusted, because since when can you input a directional part of a special, press a button, and another right after, and it does two specials?????? So annoying...

@YoriYoiHitotachi When I was testing it I got it on X-23 and I'm pretty sure wolverine too, outside of the corner. I think if you wanted a more practical version (that 3rd launcher isn't easy to get) you could cut the second rep and go straight into a standard air combo > Super.
