I recommend U file a formal complaint because if it was not for gays/minorities visiting the clinic, he would not have a job. What if he is the kind of person who would give someone the wrong result of a test or modify your responses to questions or results. HIV/AIDS is nothing to play with, especially if U have a disgruntled, homophobe/racist doing the intake. If not you, who? If not now, when?

@nochokin Hi that is soo tru. I did the same thing, went to the Health Dept to get tested. and they ask you are you gay. I was faced with the same problem as Newnue. I was kinda scared but i said yes. The Health Dept nurse proceeded to try to minister to me and tell me that im sick and it un-natural! She was clearly breaking the rules of a clinic, and i could have gottn her fired. So yes they get these docs who try to go in on you for doing the right thing.
