castillo was a bad man, he was competitive at every weight he fought in, boxed well, good combos &ko' power. Would love to see more of his fights uploaded. Had he fought hatton earlier before all his wars it would have gone a different way, he was not the same castillo. All props to hatton but he fought him when he was having problems with weight as well as management and training, the castillo of a couple years ago would have destroyed him. And lets not forget he won that first one against pbf.
I totally agree with you, castillo went through a divorce, changed trainer and all that added to not making weight, his career would've been different if that decision against mayweather was on his side...i hope he gets a title shot at l40 lbs and retires as a champion!
I completely agree with you playersome, anyways, he derailed VERY good fighters like Diaz here, and Juan Lazcano, when they were gonna be the next big Thing, Pounded Casamayor, defeated stevie johnston, too bad he didnt' get the fights he wanted earlier, and when he GOT them, he was jobbed (hello, PBF), wish him the best, he was the best JLChavez "student" (was his sparring partner for years, he learned a thing or two)

thanks man i agree with you as well, would have liked to see him against any light weight in the 90's, he had enough to compete with any of them.
