I UNDERSTAND YOUR WANTING TO JUSTIFY THE SUICIDE OF THIS PERSON BUT THE CATHOLIC CHURCH IS A HERESY AND YOU WOULD HAVE TO BE BLIND IF YOU THINK OTHERWISE !
My friend, I've made no attempt to justify the suicide of the individual spoken about in this video, but as Christians we have to be aware that it is God's place to condemn, not ours.
And I agree with you: the pope is not the truth; Jesus is. But Christ established a visible church on here on earth and he left it up to men, namely St. Peter and his successors, to continue teaching nations and baptising in the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit (Matthew 28:19-20).
(cont.) And my friend, you and I both know very well that we can be lead to the truth by men, even with their fallible and sinful natures. If we could not be lead to Christ by men, then we would not have the scriptures, we would not have a church, we would not have lay people sharing the truth with others in charity.
Hi Paul. I understand you were being emotive in your literary expression, but if you wouldn't mind avoiding the use of "colourful" language if you're going to make a comment on any of my videos.
Thank you for doing this video. Such an important reminder for all of us. May your heartfelt, kind words bring comfort to those mourning over the loss of loved ones.
I felt I needed to publish this video because I think the common misconception made by both non-Catholics and Catholics, is that suicide is instantly condemned, no questions asked.
While it's not condoned, there are certain factors that relinquish the gravity of its grave nature, i.e. whether it is defined a mortal sin or not depending on the circumstances.

IF YOU READ THE CATECHISM OF THE CATHOLIC CHURCH which is an official exposition of the teachings of the Catholic Church.
PART ONE
THE PROFESSION OF FAITH
SECTION TWO
THE PROFESSION OF THE CHRISTIAN FAITH
IN CHAPTER TWO IT SAYS
"For the Son of God became man so that we might become God.
The only-begotten Son of God, wanting to make us sharers in his divinity, assumed our nature, so that he, made man, might make men gods."
THIS IS A HERESY AND IS VERY SIMILAR TO WHAT THE SERPENT TOLD EVE !
