@lottostud Try this. Figure out your daily carb/fat/protein ratios, then slowly take away your carbs by about 10-15 grams every time you stagnate on your weight loss. Slowly but surely (and healthily), you'll get lean.
Light and high gives your muscles no reason to stick around and instead get accustomed to the high reps by losing muscle mass. If you do choose to do high reps. 20 is the HIGHEST, and keep it heavy so that you might need rests in between the last reps.

Dont you not have a lot of your fans post before and after pictures on your facebook group? lol but what you are saying is completely true, a lot of companies that sell fitness products or supplements distort the effects the products can have on someone to make people go out and buy them.
Anybody that takes anything BSN should just look at their history with the labeling lawsuits and such, I haven't touched the stuff since. You really don't know what/how much you're taking when it says "proprietary blend." Also just look at the label, one of their top sellers, Syntha-6, 44 grams a scoop and only 22g of protein, 8g of fat, 14g of carbs..basically you're an idiot if you take this garbage, huge waste of your money.

@1arkenton its not either type of fat its from doing heavy abs exericises. mine has started doing it since i have startd doing heavy abs but am glad because before scotts videos on lfitng heavy abs i could never get them to show even at 7 % body fat. thanks scott!!!
@ray63087 Dude ... being in the single digit range of body fat is a goal most ppl wanna reach in fitness and weight loss. Most athletes and fitness models are between 5-9% range of body fat. So if your body fat is 7% and you can't see your abs then your measurments are way off. I'm currently at 14% body fat and i have a very visible 4pk.
@1arkenton it could be possible that he doesn't really have much ab muscle to be visible, but your most likely right measurements are probably way off.
@xAznnique yeah, like some ppl are "skinny fat" but even though they appear very thin with no visible developed muscle they're still between 16-23% body fat believe it or not.
Hey Scott !! I've been thinking alot about when you have done enough exercises / reps / sets to end your workout, I'm confused about how many exercises or sets I need to do on my "biceps" for example to get a good workout and not tear the muscle down completely so it will be able to recover and gain mass/strength. I know its different depending on what muscle groups you are training etc. Im not able to do as many exercises for biceps as in your bicep workout for example, thanks in advance!
@92soulmoon hey man, I used to have this same problem.. for the longest time I'd work out and never get to that point where I had an efficient workout.. honestly there is no magic number, or majic weight, as long as you are pushing hard and getting a "stimulus" you are doing the right thing.. push hard, and feeel the burn!! :)

People want that magic pill, which is too bad. Working out always makes me feel better and I wouldnt trade that for some supplement promising unrealistic results. You get so much more from working out than just a great body, things that a magic pill would never give you.

@ScottHermanfitness Hey Scott i have a serious question.....Im 14 and i work out alot and go to alot of different Bootcamps and different gyms to stay in shape for football, But i have put a lot of mass on my arms/biceps the last 10 months....and i have started to get stretch marks on my arms, so im wondering if you ever came across this when you worked out and i know there's nothing to completely make them dissapear but any tips to help? sorry for the long message brotha ;)

Yo Scott, I'm proud to say that I have a very decent 4pk thanks to your vids. You've helped done that, so thanks bro ... ain't stoppin' till i get a full six. But I have a question. How in da hell is it possible that you can have all that ab definition and still have your stomach stick out like that?? It's a bit depressing, cuz i want a flat stomach. I don't wanna have to suck my gut in for the rest of my life. You don't have an ounce of subcutaneous fat on you so could it be visceral fat?

@1arkenton its not either type of fat its from doing heavy abs exericises. mine has started doing it since i have startd doing heavy abs but am glad because before scotts videos on lfitng heavy abs i could never get them to show even at 7 % body fat. thanks scott!!!

@ray63087 Dude ... being in the single digit range of body fat is a goal most ppl wanna reach in fitness and weight loss. Most athletes and fitness models are between 5-9% range of body fat. So if your body fat is 7% and you can't see your abs then your measurments are way off. I'm currently at 14% body fat and i have a very visible 4pk.

@1arkenton it could be possible that he doesn't really have much ab muscle to be visible, but your most likely right measurements are probably way off.

@xAznnique yeah, like some ppl are "skinny fat" but even though they appear very thin with no visible developed muscle they're still between 16-23% body fat believe it or not.

Hey Scott !! I've been thinking alot about when you have done enough exercises / reps / sets to end your workout, I'm confused about how many exercises or sets I need to do on my "biceps" for example to get a good workout and not tear the muscle down completely so it will be able to recover and gain mass/strength. I know its different depending on what muscle groups you are training etc. Im not able to do as many exercises for biceps as in your bicep workout for example, thanks in advance!

@92soulmoon hey man, I used to have this same problem.. for the longest time I'd work out and never get to that point where I had an efficient workout.. honestly there is no magic number, or majic weight, as long as you are pushing hard and getting a "stimulus" you are doing the right thing.. push hard, and feeel the burn!! :)

Hey Scott !! I would like to know what your everyday mean plan looks like! Im also curious to know how much carbohydrates and protein (meat) you actually need to maintain muscle growth etc. (I know that everyone should have "personal meal plan" depending on weight,size,height and how much you burn etc) But Im very curious how yours looks like, doesnt have to be your complete mean plan just a short overview of how it looks like! :D love your vids btw , you are the best!

People want that magic pill, which is too bad. Working out always makes me feel better and I wouldnt trade that for some supplement promising unrealistic results. You get so much more from working out than just a great body, things that a magic pill would never give you.

60 pounds of muscle dude? That's likely, but you would literally have to live in the gym and eat like a horse. Maybe over the course of a few years it's definitely possible
