"to teach humanity to adopt the self limiting lifestyle in place of the biological default of continuous growth"
That sounds quite dangerous if you ask me, you may be better off talking about how society creates this persistent want for 'more', and we should return to our more natural state of being pleased with enough.
While I'm happy that you seem passionate about your idea, you might be mistaken as essentially advocating for us to stop 'growing' and to start 'settling'.
@FlamingSnowman11 - thx for the feedback. I certainly don't want us to stop growing as sentient beings, there are so many great secrets "buried" in the future. I just want us to survive to get there - we are eating our future and that is the concern I have. Cheers
@FlamingSnowman11 Hi again. You are right in your interpretation about eating our future. Over consumptions is the point I was making. You also may like to reconsider your earlier statement that "we should return to our natural state of being pleased with enough". I wonder where the evidence is for that. Expansion seems to be the natural state of all organisms including ours. More is natural and enough is a new learned behaviour.
@magicbeanstalk101 I was referring to what I felt that your video implied. We are in agreement.
Bottom line is that while I agree, your video does not motivate me to action. People want to see research, studies, emotional appeals, etc.

@magicbeanstalk101 What do you mean we are eating our future? We are certainly consuming at a rate faster than the world can sustain.
