That song is about God. It's a Christian song.

I think it's about compatibilism. People act freely according to their own will therefore their choices are their own and they are responsible for them in that respect.

On the other hand, God determines what their will will be, and in that sense your choices are determined by God. But if you are not a theology geek junkie, you can just enjoy the song for its unique, unearthly beauty.

Yeah, I noticed that too. I think it's because it's a live performance at a local event and she's nervous. At the end where she's talking to the crowd, she seems tense or embarrassed.
