Minnesota, Illinois, Maine, Connecticut, even New York and the Rocky Mountain states are colder than here. Plenty of other factors go into suicide rates. You're flat out wrong, in the last decade WA ranks 23rd in suicide rates and consistently ranks in the upper 50% in measures of happiness. Take some vitamin D.
