Swordsman...shame on you, the MP5 is still a good gun. It may not be the best, but still...I use it all the time and I can out do the MP7 and PP90M1. Then again that's just me...popular weapons are used widely because they are typically better. But thanks for acknowledging the MP5's glory days back in Cod4, IT WAS A LEGEND! (i want to add that i use it with silencer and range pro.)

i play on pc, and i can tell you that the striker has dominated all this time without the glitch.

shotguns should be the last things they should be patching seeing how crap they are compared to previous cod's. that shows that the people behind the game don't even care for the users now that they have made all the money from selling the games and elite memberships, god I miss the days of Cod4

The damage boost on the shotguns wasn't equal to the ext mags boost,they've been boosted by 30% compared to the ext mags 50% boost,so still a nerf as such

It's such bs, even the striker wasn't overpowered when we can use a pp90m1 rapid fire. i.e almost same damage per second infinite range, more rounds. wtf treyarch patch the things that need fixing, not what the bitchy players care about. anybody who was good might die from a shotgun first, but the fmg09s will merk you anyday. When is this coming out for PC? Im loving the ksg-12 without even having the ex mags glitch, and getting ex mags on the ksg-12 gives you pretty much unlimited ammo for a single life :D

Ok, Nerf the FMG9's, Fix the Respawn Locations, Tone down the Type 95, Make the Recon Juggernaut have a bit more health, Shorten the EMP duration & FOR BLOODY HELL !!! This is exactly what I hoped would happen to the shottys, some now get a permanent "extended mags glitch" (ie more pellets) while the striker has been nerfed, but not ruined.

I never thought I would say this, but, nice one IW. I haven't lost all faith in you (yet).

I tested it! The ext. mags glitch was fixed only for the Striker and the Spas. Every other shotgun is still the same!

I haven't really used the usas since i got it gold but i will definitely go back to it now. As for the ksg i got really close to getting it gold at one point but then just got fed up with it so i am excited for giving it a go once again. As for the striker users, they can get over the decrease in pellets. It really wasn't fair how the striker w/ extended mags had the same damage and range as the pump actions and could still shoot faster. So all in all i think that this is a great patch.

I don't really care cuz MW3 only patches and fixes problems on xbox. CoD itself is just a money hungry game, and I stopped feeding it this year, not feeding it anymore. And why nerf shotguns further? Isn't that what cod is all about? Running around like an idiot with some overpowered weapon?
