It went from my dad to my sister to me. my sister destroyed it by not changing the oil for about two years and when i got it I got about six months before the tranny only gave me park and drive( no reverse), then I got another six months out of that. But we moved to homes and countless projects with that thing, it got junked with under 200k miles on it

I have one of these, 1995 though, but one hell of vehicle. I didn't buy it for the looks at all, but i have learned to like it. Her name is Bertha and she is part of the gang, she has taken us to great parties and places to drink, as well as giving me a place for some action ;) in her great open spaces in the back (+ no seats, there is a lot of room). And after 365,000 kms the motherfucker keeps goin, i bought it for $500 and have invested about $200 in one year (some is just tires)its bad ass!!

I used to own a 1988 Aerostar as it was great and I was able to load up a large organ inside of it from into the back. It was great concept, but the quality was not very good. It had major problems after 70 K miles and it keep getting worst. The design was great, but not the quality. I am on my second Dodge Grand Caravan and I love it!

Man the 91 Aerostar XL is my all time favorite...my family had it ever since I was born and we had so much fun times in it...my dad loved the huge dashboard because it was perfect for carrying pizza boxes on it, we towed a traier with it a good amount of time until it started having transmission and cooling probs...I love that thing still. I hope to drive it myself one day after its fixed up! :D

The 90 and later ones with the 4.0 4X4 were good trucks because hell you can take that electronic t-case off and put a normal 4X4 t-case and really do some towing.
