I already found the Earth Zoom effect, I am able to do it but I just am trying to do it with the an actually rotating earth :\
The Anchor point gets weird when trying to have it zoom.

du meinst welches ich benutzt habe? also der teil im weltraum war in 3Ds MAX 9 gemacht und der rest also der zoom in Adobe After Effects

I used 3ds Max 9 for the first half of the video and AE for the actual zoom part :)
