copying the insults and posting it may made things get worse, what if she starts physical attacks or even attack you along? the best way your good friend will get through this is the way of communication of hers with others around, which is the best prove she is not that type of person as that girl mentioned.
There was a girl in another class who posted negative things about a good friend of mine on her blog. i copied the insults and posted that on Facebook to let everyone see what kind of person she really is. Soon, almost everyone in our class was taking about my post and i received quite a lot of comments on the post too. Luckily for me, things did not get out of hand, and the matter died after a few days. Unfortunately, neither did she apologize nor promise never to make such remarks on her blog.
standing up for something is never fully easy...even if its on something small or against friends...bottom line wen u no something is wrong it doesnt matter how hard it is u still stand up i do it all the time and i feel good afterwords its worth it trust me
