@knightntunisia This move by far has been the most challenging. Trying to focus all your energy within the core and upper body is a challenge. Now, I wish I could do the "Crane" when doing the Yoga routine. I feel extremely confident saying that just after doing one week of the FIRST phase, it's miles better than P90X. That is not to say P90X is bad by any means. :)
