If you are entering the flush turning one way and leaving turning another it can make sense to switch arms. It all depends on where your upper body needs to be.
if you turn right exiting the flush, you use your left hand (cross blocking the last gate like you would a normal one) and exiting in a left turn (right footer) you use your right hand the whole way through. this way will give you the cleanest exit
I for one being a fis alpine skier (85 pts) sometimes use both arms depenging the situation, sometimes i just drop my body to the right and push my knee down to tackle them with the knees, if i don't have time that is.

For triples use the same hand as the first gate but on normal gates if you aren't near enough to the gate you can use the wrong hand.
